If you want to know why a man could write a book for potential women buyers of a business, this is my story. During my thirty-two years in business I successfully bought and sold a family owned business, not once, but four times.

It is with this background that I offer SHE OWNS IT an Ownership Ladder book. You can save for retirement, or you can create retirement. BACKGROUND

​

During thirty-two years as a business owner, I grew a company specializing in highly customized retirement, health and welfare benefits and business planning for client companies and their employees.

​

TODAY

​

In 2017 I retired at age 60 and relocated to Texas after closing the internal Ownership Ladder sale of my company. Following more than a year of taking stock, reflection, and fun, I created the Ownership Ladder concept to share the mindset and life expertise that helps potential intrapreneurs to the life they have been dreaming about. SHE OWNS IT is the book describing what an Ownership Ladder is and how business women can use it to gain financial independence.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO READERS?

I have used the techniques and strategies covered in the book to build this resume. You’ll notice it doesn’t include a college name or degree anywhere. That is because it is possible to learn highly technical and difficult ideas without a college of the typical sort. That doesn’t mean one can learn it without expert educational resources.

REPUTATION

I'm sorry if it seem immodest but I was considered a leader in my field. In addition to deep retirement plan expertise, I was a pioneer in consumer driven health care benefit financing. Major publications have featured my thoughts and I was a regular speaker at industry conferences.
